KYRA SMITH, LCSW, C-SSWS

Building on a lifelong calling to serve others, I created this practice as a place where adolescents, young adults, and families can receive the kind of deep, consistent support they deserve. My work is rooted in compassion, expertise, and a belief that every young person has the capacity to heal and grow when they feel truly understood. My mission is to offer a space where you and your family can feel supported, grounded, and guided toward a path of clarity and wholeness.

“Mrs. Smith has been a god-send. I had a general question but received a wealth of knowledge. She helped me find the words to describe my daughter, understand the IEP process and my rights as a parent. She told me about the options I had to help my daughter but also offered her suggestion on which one was best. During our conversation I felt heard, informed, and ended up feeling hopeful. I keep Mrs. Smith on speed dial.”

-Melanie McLee

“Kyra provided outstanding support in researching schools and helping us find the perfect learning environment for my son. She was thorough, understanding, and truly cared about what would benefit him most. Thanks to her guidance, we feel confident and excited about our choice.

the Sister Circle

Since 2006, Sister Circle has provided a dedicated, safe space for girls to explore their identities, build unshakable confidence, and navigate the unique challenges of adolescence. Now offered through my private practice, our age-specific groups for grades 7 through 12 ensure that every discussion, from self-esteem to peer relationships, is developmentally aligned and deeply relevant. We empower young women to feel seen and supported, giving them the tools they need to flourish socially and emotionally throughout middle and high school.

I am in-network with Quest Behavioral Health, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna & Ascension. I also offer private pay options & a sliding scale for those who need financial flexibility.
